Seasoned Living's Process,
Fees and Policies:
First of all, I love doing what I do. Where you might feel very disorganized, I see a playground - a place to get my hands in and dig around. I love to make order out of chaos! There is no need for shame or embarrassment! I am ready for the challenge and committed to help make your life what you dream it to be. My pricing and my organizing process is listed below.

The Organizing Process:
During the Assessment...
We will tour your space and talk about what is working and what is not working. Figure out what your goals for the space are. See what equipment, tools and supplies you have, and what else you need to buy. The assessment is no cost to you if the organization process starts immediately, however if you choose to think things over, there will be a $25.00 charge for the 30 minutes. If we begin the process immediately, the assessment is included in the project cost.
Organization & Implementation of the plan...
Should you desire hands-on organizing services, we will work with you through the whole process. We will sort through every item and help you decide what you need to keep, donate, sell, or trash. After the initial sorting of the area is complete, we will set up new organizational and storage systems. There might be organizational tools you will need to purchase, but we will discuss them during this process before purchasing them. Our fee for professional organizing services is $50.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
The Customized Plan...
For the true Do-It-Yourselfer, Seasoned Living will give you a customized plan to organize your space step-by-step. The plan shows you exactly what to do, how to sort, and what to buy for each space. Just check things off as you do them. Our fee for the customized plan is $50.00 per hour for assessment, written recommendation and consultation. An estimate will be provided.
Maintenance...
Before we leave your space, we will teach you how to maintain the organization and answer any questions you might have. If you feel we need to return, a consultation fee of $30.00 will be assessed for the first hour, after that the normal rates apply.

The Organizing Fee:
Standard Fee:
Our standard fee for hands-on professional organizing services is $50.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum required. Payment is due by cash or check at the end of each organizing session.
Additional services (if requested):
Donation drop-off - $30.00 per trip and shopping for storage/organizational tools $30.00 per hour.
Cancellation Fee:
There is a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to one hour of organizing at my standard rate in the event of failure to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
